Mahogany D shaped s/m dining or breakfast table of the Duncan Phyfe school

This rare and unusual D shaped breakfast table has the bearings of Phyfe ‘s early work of the Sheraton Influence of his first shop in New York. The legs have a rope twist turning that completes with a beautiful brass ball foot. The apron bears of a mahogany with aborded veneer over a soft Pine base. it retains its original or a very early weathered finish with all the natural patina regards to it’s age and origin.
